Talk Forge

Upload a photo, write a script, and watch it talk — mouths move and eyes blink in sync with real speech.

Photos / scenes

Each photo becomes its own scene. Add more than one to cut between people or locations mid-conversation — a script line picks which scene is on screen while it plays.

Faces

Auto-detect uses a small face-recognition model loaded from a CDN (nothing about your photo is ever uploaded anywhere). If it misses someone, place that face manually — click their left eye, right eye, then mouth.

TALK FORGE — PREVIEW NOT STARTED
No photo yet. Upload a photo on the left to get started.

This is a simple, stylized talking effect (mouth stretch + blinking), not photorealistic lip-sync or full-body movement — that would need a paid cloud video-AI model, which this free tool intentionally doesn't use. Recording asks you to share "this tab" with audio, so it can capture the generated speech into the video — it never sees or sends your photo anywhere.
